VEHICLE BIDDING AGREEMENT

By proceeding, I acknowledge and agree that:

• A R10,000 bidding deposit is required to participate in the bidding process.

• The deposit contributes towards the purchase price of the vehicle if my bid is successful.

• The deposit is non-refundable if I successfully secure the vehicle but fail to pay the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe.

• Timmy Bidding Services will conduct the bidding process on my behalf.

• I have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
